Seed Sowers, Christians in Action is a faith based non-profit organization that relies on contributions from the community to be able to provide services to the homeless and low income. Other income is provided through the recycling of newspaper, cardboard and rags.  Any excess of goods is shared with other charitable organizations.  A soup kitchen provides a breakfast and noon meal 5 days a week with food boxes being provided on a daily basis. There are 3 meals being provided to the shelter daily.  Financial assistance is given towards utilities, rents, medical services, prescriptions, transportation and other needed items.  Also provided is an outlet to the needy with distribution of clothing, furniture, medical equipment and household goods.  We provide a 30 bed male shelter and an 11 bed female shelter for homeless women and children.  All of our services are free to the public. we believe the bible is the whole word of God  and that his son Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins. also read [john 3:16 ]
